What is the best time of the year?
The desatinations we specliaize in are great through out the year, but April to September are the most visited months during the beautiful spring and summers. Just just imagine the magical winters and christmas markets that have their own charm.
What do I need to wear?
Depending on the weather, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes to navigate through small and cobbled streets. Light layers during spring and autumn are the best. Winters can be cold and would be best to prepare for some snow and wind.
Where do the tours start?
All our private custom tours and if your hotel is in the city centre, we can arrange for the tour meeting point from your hotel lobby. Please make sure to let us know before hand, and we will confirm if this option is available for the location of your hotel.
What time should I arrive for the tour?
We definately want you to have the most fo the time booked to experience these wonderful destinations and cities. We request you to come at the meeting point agreed no less than 10 minutes before the tour start time. This will ensure you get familiar with the tour guide, and begin the tour on time.
What are the languages tours are conducted?
All of our tours are conducted in English. If you wish to book a tour in your preffered language – please let us know in your request.
Will the tour be cancelled in case of bad weather?
‘There is no such thing as bad weather; there is only bad clothing’ – this saying is so accurate which is way our tours take place in any weather! Snow, Wind, Rain or Sun!
Always dress weather appropriate considering the weather forecast and weat comfortable flat shoes.
How do I know the booking has been confirmed?
If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure no problems have occurred during the booking process. If you are booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to ensure that all critical information is passed on to the participants.
